An autopsy has been completed, but further testing is being done by Ontario Forensic Pathology Services and the Office of the Chief Coroner for Ontario, police said.

The teen has been identified as Rachel Cook of Simcoe.

Derek Adams, 40, of Simcoe, is charged with drug trafficking and breach of probation. He is scheduled to appear in court in relation to the charges on Friday.
