Market Lamb Wins For Huron, Bruce Exhibitors

Exhibitors from Lucknow and Bluevale racked up a number of first-place finishes in the Market Lamb event at the Royal.

Shayrina Sheep Farm of Bluevale had 7 first-place finishes - including pair of lambs in the 101-110 pound and new crop milk lamb classes.

Todd Sheep Company of Lucknow had 3 first-place finishes in the market lamb judging - including both Southdown and Suffolk Wether lamb classes.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

As part of a partnership between the Sarnia Legion Branch 62 and City of Sarnia, an unveiling ceremony will be held at the corner of Christina Street and Wellington Street on Sunday, June 7, at 2 p.m.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
