PED Back In Ontario

The temperature is cooling off and we've got our first new confirmed case of PED in Ontario since July.

The most recent confirmed case is in a farrow-to-finish operation in Middlesex County.

It was confirmed last week.

Industry officials had warned the virus would be more likely to return when we got into the cooler weather.

That makes the total number of confirmed cases in the province since PED first showed up in January at 64.
