It includes an update from the Canadian Cattlemen's Association and a Big Picture look at the Canadian beef industry from BMO Capital Markets.

Dairy Day includes the regular update from Dairy Farmers of Ontario.

Delegates will also hear about the new Livestock Research Innovation Centre under construction near Guelph.

Beef Day opens Grey Bruce Farmers Week on January 7th.

Dairy Day is January 8th.

The week-long event and it's associated trade show is being held at the Elmwood Community Centre.
