CFGA Looks For New Executive Director

The Canadian Forage and Grassland Association, or CFGA, is seeking a new Executive Director.

The CFGA is a national, non-profit association supported by stakeholders in the forage and grassland industry.

The group's mission is to promote the growth of the forage and grassland sector by advocating a sustainable and environmentally friendly industry which includes research and development, market development and innovation.

The CFGA is seeking an Executive Director who will provide overall leadership and guide the CFGA in its continued growth.  Responsibilities include providing direction and input for the forage and grassland sector in areas such as, research and extension; domestic and export forage market development; forage and grassland and the environment, as well as responding to priority issues identified by member organizations, producers and users.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
