Recycling Agricultural Rubber

The Ontario Tire Stewardship is trying to make some rotations in the agriculture sector.

Executive Director Andrew Horsman says there are opportunities both economically and environmentally when purchasing recycled rubber products for everyday use.

Horsman say examples include slip resistant recycled rubber mats for parlors, feed lanes and livestock holding stations and recycled rubber stall and sidewalk bricks.

The Ontario Tire Stewardship is planning to be at the IPM in Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry later this year to show the advances in recycled tires.
