Bees And Pesticides Issue Discussed At Huron Meeting

The neonic situation was one of the major topics at the recent Huron Federation of Agriculture Meet the Members session.

The Federation hosted MP Ben Lobb and MPP Lisa Thompson for that session in Clinton.

Representatives for the county's grain, pork, beef, bean and egg sectors were there.

Huron Federation President Joan Vincent says the session gives farmers the opportunity to make the politicians aware of the issues having an impact on agriculture in Huron County.
