Monsanto is offering about 65 scholarships to high school students across the country this year.
Each scholarship is valued at 15 hundred dollars.
The Monsanto Fund Opportunity Scholarship is available to high school students from family farms enrolled in their final year of high school and eligible to graduate from high school this year.
To apply, the students must be planning to enrol at a Canadian post-secondary institution in a first year degree or diploma agriculture program.
The deadline for applications is May 29th.
