The U-S CME price = $77.51 U-S per hundredweight, dressed weight. That's up 75 cents

100% formula price = $169.43 per hundred kilograms, dressed weight. That's up 93 cents

Quebec's average price on May 8th was $166.22 per hundred kilograms, dressed weight, 100 index.
