The U-S CME price = $82.83 U-S per hundredweight, dressed weight. That's down 16 cents

100% formula price = $186.28 per hundred kilograms, dressed weight. That's up $1.54

Quebec's average price on May 26th was $187.83 per hundred kilograms, dressed weight, 100 index.
