Organic Meadow Dairy is filing it's Unsecured Creditor Proposal this week.
Their deadline is July 31st.
An Organic Meadow spokesperson says within 21 days of that filing, they'll set up a meeting of creditors to seek their approval.
If it's ratified, it will go to the courts for approval.
The organic dairy originally field for creditor protection in early April.
An Organic Meadow official says they are very optimistic about their new chapter and appreciate what she calls the strong support they have continued to receive from their partners during this transitional period.
The Organic Meadow Co-Operative has over 100 family farm members.
