New General Manager for Ontario Holstein Branch

The Ontario Holstein Branch has a new General Manager.

Peter Brand takes over the job November 1st.

He'll also serve as the Field Representative for West-Central Ontario.

Brand grew up on a dairy farm in Huron County.

The OAC grad's career includes a 14 year stint with the Canadian Dairy Network in a variety of roles.

He's also been the main force behind the complete rewrite of the Herdbook software to be launched later this fall.

Brand is holding off his start at the Ontario Holstein Branch until November to allow him to remain with Holstein Canada to see that project through to launch.
