Helping Next Generation Of Food And Beverage Entrepreneurs

Former provincial agriculture minister Steve Peters is getting into the food marketing business.

Peters and Suzanne van Bommel have joined Nourish Food Marketing.

The company helps clients get their products ready to be listed by the grocery trade and creates marketing programs to build the sales needed for lasting success.

Peters and van Bommel have worked together in the past.

Van Bommel was Peters' Chief of Staff while he was Ontario agriculture minister.

Peters was most recently the Executive Director of the provincial food processors' industry group Food and Beverage Ontario.

He says he and van Bommel are looking forward to helping grow the next generation of food and beverage entrepreneurs in Canada.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
