Hog Traceability Software Offered For Smartphones

Information and training sessions are coming up for a program to help shippers and receivers of animals meet the new mandatory requirements for the national swine traceability system.

Those PigTrace Canada requirements took effect July 1st.

The requirements include having shippers and receivers report movement of animals within a set time period.

AgManifest is designed to automate and streamline that information.

The information and training sessions are coming up October 21st in London, 23rd in Stratford, November 4th in Clinton, the 6th in Woodstock and the 17th in Elora.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
