New Video Promotes Rural Natural Gas Access

Bruce County farmers and agribusiness owners are featured in a new video talking about the expansion of natural gas distribution infrastructure.

Ontario Federation of Agriculture President Don McCabe is also in the video.

It was produced and is being distributed by the Ontario Natural Gas Alliance - a partnership of natural gas distribution companies Enbridge and Union Gas.

In the video, the Bruce County participants talk about what the expansion could mean to their farms, families and businesses.

Alliance spokesman Bob Betts says his group is committed to encouraging the expansion of natural gas distribution throughout Ontario.

He says they're particularly interested in expanding service to rural and agricultural users who want to enjoy the benefits of natural gas afforded others in the province.
