Improving The Leadership Skills Of BFO Members

Ontario cattlemen are being encouraged to apply for the BUILD Leadership Program.

It's designed to help develop and improve the leadership skills of existing and potential leaders of Beef Farmers of Ontario.

The program is a partnership of BFO and the Rural Ontario Institute.

It provides participants the knowledge, confidence and support needed to excel as leaders.

The BUILD Leadership Program is run in three, three-day sessions - one in Cambridge in February, Toronto in March and Peterborough in April.

It costs 150 dollars - but that is refundable when the producer completes the program.

More information is available through Beef Farmers of Ontario.
