Managing Fertilizer Risk - Facility To Farm Gate

Fertilizer Canada is offering a free, on-line training program on the handling of Anhydrous Ammonia fertilizer.

It's in partnership with the Canadian Association of Agri-Retailers.

The elearning course is a new element of Fertilizer Canada's Safety and Security program.

Spokesperson Guilia Brutesco says it's part of Fertilizer Canada's steps to manage the risk of fertilizer from facility to farm gate.

Agri-retailers and farmers can train for free through Fertilizer Canada's eLearning website and using the promo code 'AgSafety'.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
