IPM 2017 Sign Unveiling On-Site Saturday

The official sign for the 2017 International Plowing Match will be unveiled this Saturday at the site of the Match in Walton.

Media Relations Co-ordinator Christie Little explains the unveiling of the sign always helps to generate excitement of the Match and let people know exactly where it's going to happen.

The unveiling will take place at two o'clock on Saturday afternoon at the Ryan Farm at 82823 North Line in Walton.

Several local dignitaries will be on hand for the unveiling.

Members of the Souvenir and Beautification Committee will also be on hand to introduce a new way to donate to the Match.

Little explains high school students in Huron County are building benches that will be placed around the site for the Match.

Those benches can be purchased and personalized for the new owner who can then take the bench home after the 2017 event.
