Bringing Young Farmers Together

The Christian Farmers Federation of Ontario wants to bring young farmers together and get them excited about what they do for a living.

The CFFO is hosting three free barbecues for farmers under the age of 40 this summer. It's the second year for this program

This year the barbecues will be held in Chatham-Kent-Essex, in Simcoe County and in Oxford County. They'll include activities for kids, prizes, giveaways and free food. There will also be a presentation from the Ag More Than Ever campaign promoting a positive voice for agriculture.

The events are free but tickets are required.

There's more detail on the upcoming Free Barbecue For Farmers Under 40 on the Christian Farmers Federation of Ontario website, christianfarmers.org.
