Progressive Safety Day 2017 Hosting Deadline Friday

The deadline is coming up fast for anyone interested in hosting a Progressive Agriculture Foundation Safety Day next year.

They are typically one day events to help children learn how to be safe on the farm, ranch and at home.

They're designed to be age-appropriate, hands-on, fun and safe for the children and the volunteers involved.

There are over 90 of those Progressive Agriculture Foundation Safety Day events in 9 provinces this year.

Communities interested in hosting one of these events can apply online on the Canadian Agricultural Safety Association website. (www.casa-acsa.ca)

Deadline for applications for the 2017 schedule is this Friday, July 15th.
