A-G-I is buying Mitchell Mill Systems Canada and its U-S affiliate, Mitchell Mill Systems USA.
Mitchell is based in Newton, Ontario.
It has a second facility in Missouri.
Mitchell Mill Systems makes material handling equipment used in grain, fertilizer, animal feed, food processing and industrial operations.
Its sales for the most recent fiscal were about 30 million dollars.
A-G-I says the Mitchell team will continue to be led by Todd and Stephen Mitchell.
Ag Growth International makes portable and stationary grain handling, storage and conditioning equipment.
It has manufacturing facilities in Canada, the U-S, Italy, Brazil and the U-K.
