Equine Course Coming to Ridgetown Campus

The University of Guelph's Ridgetown Campus now has a diploma program aimed at horse enthusiasts.

The Associate Diploma in Equine Care and Management is set to offer a wide range of practical and in-class courses.

The first year of study will take place at the Regional Equine and Agriculture Centre, the second year at the Ridgetown Campus.

The University expects 35-40 students to begin the program in the fall of 2017.

The window for applications is set to open later this month.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
