Mobile DHI App Gets Overhaul

Canwest DHI has released a major update for its Mobile DHI app.

The update includes an expanded Herd Dashboard with 25 key performance indicators, the ability to customize cow profiles and information, as well as a direct link to CDN and Holstein Canada's websites.

DHI notes over 500 herds had signed up to access data via the former version of the app.

Manager of Marketing and Product Development Richard Cantin says those customers gave the company feedback and suggestions on what they'd like changed or enhanced.

He adds the non-profit milk recording organization is excited to deliver on those requests with a new format which is convenient and easy.

The app is available for Apple and Android devices for free.

Users, however, are required to pay a monthly fee and must sign up first, either online at www.canwestdhi.com or by calling 1-800-549-4373.
