Junior Farmers Let Loose

The Junior Farmers are celebrating more than 100 years in the community with a special two-day event at Ridgetown College.

The local group is holding an event Saturday night that will continue into Sunday morning. It's taking place at the college's Wilson Hall.

The social portion of the event will run from 7pm-9pm. It'll look at the Junior Farmers past, present, and future.

Afterwards, guests can kick up their heels for a dance that will run until 1am.

The event costs $10 for anyone arriving after 9pm. There will also be a canned food drive, where all donations will be given to the local food bank.
