Spouses, even those not employed full-time on farm, are encouraged to attend and will be active participants in all elements of the program.

The two-phase educational program takes place in Indiana this December and continues at the Commodity Classic taking place in Texas in February.

It’s a chance for soybean farmers to hone their communication and leaderships skills, learn about the latest industry trends, and connect with soybean farmers from across the U.S. There is no age limit for participation, however farmers must be 21 years or older and interested in pursuing leadership roles within the soybean industry.
