Holiday Concert 'Sleighing Hunger'

Big name local talents like the Tea Party's Jeff Burrows and singer Jody Raffoul are teaming up once again to help the less fortunate this holiday season.

The collaboration of seven local artists known as The S'Aint's have put together their fourth holiday album Sleighing Hunger and will perform a charity concert at Caesars Windsor Colosseum on December 21.

Tea Party drummer Jeff Burrows says they are very proud of this year's collaboration. "We're just going to put on a really killer show. It's always really good, it will be exponentially good this year because the sound, the lights, the whole set, everything. The music, this is the top of the four albums put together."

All proceeds from the event will go to local food banks the Downtown Mission and the Unemployed Help Centre in Windsor and Outreach for Hunger in Chatham-Kent. Tickets to the event are $20. The CD is available on iTunes and at sleighinghunger.com.
