LKDSB Names Chair & Vice-Chair

The eleven members of the Lambton Kent District School Board have been sworn in.

During last night's meeting in Sarnia, Scott McKinlay was re-elected as chair, while Jane Bryce was elected as the vice-chair of the board.

Even though she's been a trustee for 21 years, Bryce says she's a big supporter of technology.

"It's not technology to our children, it's a way of life, it's a way of doing things," says Bryce. "It's their life and we're just trying to catch up to them. These kids are just marvellous, and they're going to have to know how to work and operate these tools for when they get jobs."

McKinley has been a trustee since 2000.
