Coaching Change In Dresden

There's a coaching change underway at the Dresden Jr. Kings organization.

Don Johnston has stepped down, citing personal reasons. The 57-year-old says management talked him out of resigning a few weeks ago but he made the official decision Monday night.

Johnston says he's spent his entire adult life coaching and needs some "me" and family time. He says he'll stay on with the organization in some capacity but that role has yet to be defined.

Johnston says his staff agreed to stay-on and take over.
