Tires Slashed In Chatham

Chatham-Kent police are currently investigating after a number of Chatham residents woke up to find their vehicles' tires were slashed.

Police say it happened sometime late Wednesday night or early Thursday morning on Berry St. and Adelaide St. S.

Officers believe the incidents were random acts of vandalism because there is no connection between the victims other than where they live.

The damages are estimated at $1,000. Anyone with information is asked to contact Chatham-Kent police or Crime Stoppers.
