Flags Double Lakers

The Wallaceburg Lakers still can't seem to snap their 13-game losing streak after falling 4-2 to the Mooretown Flags.

During the game on Wednesday, the Lakers took a 1-0 lead in the first period, but it was short lived. In the second, Mooretown scored three goals to take the lead over Wallaceburg. Both teams scored in the final 20 minutes, which kept Mooretown's two-goal advantage at the end of the game.

Matt Clark and Trevor Waller scored the two goals for the Lakers.

Wallaceburg plays again on Saturday at 7pm against the Wheatley Sharks.
