No Charges After Boy Struck

Police are not laying charges after a 12-year-old boy was hit by a car in Chatham.

Chatham-Kent police report their investigation of the incident on December 6 is complete and no charges will be laid.

The boy was hit by a car on Grand Ave. W near Ursuline Ave. in Chatham around 5:30pm on December 6. He had serious injuries as a result of the crash and was air lifted to a London hospital.

He remains in hospital recovering from his injuries.
