Admirals Edge Lakers

Despite a hard fought third period, the Wallaceburg Lakers fell 4-3 to the Amherstburg Admirals.

During the game Sunday night, both teams scored their first goal in the second period to tie the game for the final 20 minutes. The Lakers scored another two goals in the third period, but the Admirals still ended the game with a one-goal advantage after scoring three.

The Lakers have now lost their last 17 games in a row.

Trevor Waller, Alex Ritchie and Josh Berkvens each scored one goal for Wallaceburg.

The Lakers are back to take on the Blenheim Blades on Sunday, December 28 at 7:15pm.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
