Rollover Results In Charges

An 18-year-old Windsor woman is facing careless driving charges after a single-vehicle rollover on the Hwy. 401.

Police say a Ford Focus was in the westbound lanes of the highway near Kennesserie Rd. yesterday afternoon, when it left the road way and rolled over, coming to a rest in the ditch.

Both the driver and the lone passenger in the vehicle were treated at the scene and released.

There is no word on how much damage was done to the vehicle.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
