Spitfires Double Up Plymouth

The Windsor Spitfires put on offensive showcase, doubling up the Plymouth Whalers 8-4.

Windsor jumped out to an early 4-0 lead in the first period before the Whaler even responded.

Hayden McCool led the Spits with two goals, while Logan Brown added a goal and two helpers.

Windsor is back in action this afternoon when they host Plymouth in game two of a home-and-home series.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
