Chatham Break-In

Chatham-Kent police are investigating a Friday night break-in.

Around 11pm police say an unknown suspect gained entry into a Park St. residence in Chatham by forcing the door open.

They then stole various jewelry and coins. The door damages come in at around $100, while the value of items taken from the home are around $1,000.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
