Chatham-Kent police say around 1pm on Saturday, officers went to the St. Clair St. location. It was discovered a man had tried to conceal items from the store and leave without paying for them.
A 23-year-old man has been charged with theft and possession of stolen property under $5,000.
He's been released pending a future court date.
