Domestic Arrest In Blenheim

A Blenheim man has turned himself into police following a domestic incident.

Back on December 31, Chatham-Kent police were called after a woman was allegedly assaulted by her boyfriend.

Further investigation revealed it wasn't the first time. The man fled the home and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

The 28-year-old turned himself in to police headquarters Monday morning. He's charged with assault, assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, two counts of uttering threats, and three counts of mischief.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
