Driver Charged With Indecent Exposure

The Ontario Provincial Police has charged a Tiny Township man for allegedly exposing his genitals to another driver on Hwy. 401.

Officers in Chatham-Kent got the complaint around 1pm Friday from an eastbound driver near Merlin Rd.

The 49-year-old driver of a Dodge pickup truck was stopped and charged with an indecent act in a public place.

The suspect has a February 25 court date in Chatham.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
