Weapon's Charges After Dispute

A man faces a slew of weapons charges after a domestic dispute in Wallaceburg Friday.

Police say a couple got into an argument when their child was to be picked up by the woman. When she tried to leave in her car, she says the man left briefly, returning to allegedly point, what was believed to be, a handgun at the victim.

Police officials say the woman and her friend went to the police station to complain about threats they received from the same man earlier in the week.

Now a Wallaceburg man faces charges of uttering threats, pointing a firearm, careless use of a firearm and weapons dangerous.
