Still Waiting On Police Investigation

The defense lawyer for Cassandra Kaake's accused killer is still waiting for more evidence to be disclosed before moving forward with his client's case.

Matthew Brush appeared in court again by video this morning, only to have his bail hearing pushed back another month.

Ken Golish thinks enough evidence could made available by Windsor police at that point. "That's what I want. I can't be sure, but that's what I'm waiting for," says Golish.

Brush's hearing is set for March 17.
