UPDATE: Man Identified In Fatal Crash

The OPP has released the name of the man killed in a head-on crash near Kingsville Thursday morning.

Paul Bolton, 66, of Amherstburg was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash happened just after 6:30am on Arner Townline (County Rd. 23) between Road 2 and Road 3.

Police say the northbound vehicle crossed into the lane of an oncoming transport truck and collided. The investigation is ongoing.

In a separate incident, a seven-vehicle crash on County Rd. 22 between Belle River and Tecumseh has sent five people to hospital.

County Rd. 22 has since reopened between Patillo Rd. and Advance Blvd. All injuries are said to be non-life threatening.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
