Vice-President of College and Community Relations John Fairley won't say who the new president is.
Outgoing President John Strasser has served as the college's figurehead since 2000. He has overseen the expansion of the college into downtown Windsor and a 50% increase in enrolment. He retires at the end of August.
The announcement is at 10am at a town hall meeting at the Sportsplex.
