It happened 2pm Friday in the 400-block of Elmstead Rd. in Lakeshore.
Lakeshore firefighters, EMS, Canadian Pacific police and the OPP responded.
The name of the deceased is not being released until the next of kin is notified. Police will release more information as it becomes available.
