Maroons Fall To Nationals Again

The Chatham Maroons faltered in the final period against the London Nationals to fall 4-1 in Game 3 of their playoff series.

On Sunday, both teams scored one goal in the first period. The game remained tied 1-1 until the third when London scored three goals to win the game and take a 3-0 series lead.

Maroons Forward Brennan Feasey says it was a tough loss.

"It's not over until it's over," he says. "We've got one more game here to prove outselves as a team. We have to show a lot of character and we've got to come out Wednesday with a lot of fight. They're a hard battling group over there and we've got to bring an effort like we did tonight, and hopefully get the bounces."

The Maroons will play Game 4 against the Nationals on Wednesday at 7:30pm.
