Nursing Job Fair Today

The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance is looking for a few good nurses.

The hospital is holding a nursing job fair today from 1pm-5pm for registered nurses, registered practical nurses and nurse practitioners.

Chief Nursing Executive Willi Kirenko recommends that applicants come prepared. "They may actually be pre-screened for some of our current openings," says Kirenko. "So if they wanted to bring along a resume, or a portfolio of the kind of work or experience that they've had in the past, that might be very helpful."

The fair is being held in the Frank and Mary Uniac Auditorium at the Chatham Campus, 80 Grand Ave. W.

CKHA currently employs 600 nurses.
