Elderly Woman Defrauded

Police are on the hunt for a man who defrauded an elderly Chatham woman.

The victim says on two separate occasions, the same man came to her home and offered to do repairs to the exterior.

The woman declined both times, but the man still completed the work and she ended up paying him.

Later, it was determined she overpaid him for the work done.

Chatham-Kent police have identified the suspect and are currently trying to track him down.
