Chatham-Kent police allege the man took the machine from a vehicle at the Domino's Pizza outlet on Richmond St. just before 5pm yesterday.
Police located and arrested a suspect a short time later near Keil Dr.
He faces a charge of theft under $5,000 and will be in court at a later date.
