National Recognition For Local Retailer

Lally Ford in Tilbury is being recognized as one of the best Ford dealerships in the country.

Principal Vince Lally is excited about receiving the Diamond President's Award. "Most of the award is based on customer satisfaction -- how we're rated by our customers in service and sales, on the surveys that they fill out," he explains. "It's something we really put a lot of effort into achieving."

Lally says about 20% of Canadian Ford retailers qualifying for a prize will receive the President's Award, but only the top 10% will end up in the "diamond club."

It's the second year in a row that Lally Ford has been a Diamond President's Award recipient. The dealership's garnered 22 awards in its 32-year history.
