Pair Of Break And Enters

Chatham-Kent police are investigating two separate break and enters.

The first happened overnight Friday. Police say someone broke into a Sandy St. residence, stealing a variety of electronics and several purses.

In another investigation, Police say an unknown suspect entered a shed on Grand Ave. E around March 16. They stole a number of gardening tools as well as a lawn mower.

Anyone with information on either of these incidents is asked to contact Chatham-Kent police or Crime Stoppers.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
