Inspired By Daughter's Generosity

The mother of an 8-year-old Thamesville girl who raised more than $5,000 for cancer research is overwhelmed by her daughter's actions.

Brooke Field believes her daughter, Hunter Escott, will be involved with future fundraisers.

"This is definitely something that has impacted all of us and shaped us for the rest of our life," says Field. "I don't think she will ever fully grasp what it is that she has accomplished."

Escott held a skating fundraiser last weekend where she also cut off and donated some of her hair to Locks of Love.
